I'm not really interested to write it. I focus on a new blog, which I'm going to launch in few days.

If you doubt about my strategies, no they do "mass" following to your twitter account. Just check mine with more than 20,000 followers.
So you think I'm going to tell you a big secret how I did it and built this strong (yet very weak) following over twitter.
It's all about mass following; but let me tell you: it's crappy and useless.
Mass following, huge following... crazy twitter following... everyone did it!!!
So it's useless, because anyone can do it. If something anyone can do it in few clicks, then it's useless.
Let me give you an example.
Let assume we are in 95, there's a huge number of web user, however a little number of websites. Only professional and engineers can build websites. Then, there will be few websites, and professionals will profit a lot.
Now in 96, there's the same number of users, but anyone can build a website, rank it high and drives lead... So for the engineers it becomes useless because they have to fight with an ever ending community.
Few months ago, when the Twitter following bubble was in the top, I sell a 1,000 follower twitter account with $50 or more, few weeks it worths $10. Now it worths $0, yes exactly $0.
Conclusion:
The twitter bubble has just began, however the following bubble dead completely! If you want to have serious followers, that reads your tweets like RSS feeds, then build something interesting.
Now you can spread the word with twitter with exactly 10 followers!
